While we provide this access as a service to you, reading the information could raise questions or reveal information that one may not understand.
Therefore, you may want to get new information only from your doctor and health team. Or you may choose to review your personal health record during regular working hours. That way, you may call and schedule an appointment to talk about your questions.
Your doctor and clinic staffs are available Monday through Thursday (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and Friday (8 a.m. to NOON) to answer your questions.
